Thanks so much for purchasing the one-hour intuitive session and 30 minute brain process analysis test from us through Living Social / Amazon Local. To make an appointment for in person (recommended for 1st time but not necessary) or live via phone/skype with video, I invite you to use the Online Booking Tool to the right: My hours and current availability are easy to access to choose the most convenient time for you. My in person and phone sessions Redwood City location hours are Tuesdays and Wednesdays 10-5pm, Thursdays 9am-2pm, Fridays Noon to 9pm and everyother Saturday from 9am to 5pm. Please do it before coming in so we can factor in the results. Making the best of your time
and the session can easily be increased with a few simple suggestions I have to
offer below. From years of experience in this work, I want to share how you can
show up to get the best for yourself.
1. Be Open to New Ideas & Changing: Most of us want to have a certain outcome but maybe don't consider what we need to either believe differently or do differently (or both) to HAVE that certain outcome. So be open to a new idea, piece of information or your new wisdom for yourself. And sure this is a responsibility, but it’s one with awesome benefits. 2. Hydrate & Hydrate Well: Like an illness treatment or exercise program where you are creating change, you have to hydrate a lot and with quality (e.g. a bottle of Sunny Delight, 2 Liters of Diet Coke or Starbucks Frappuccino are in no way quality hydration). A lot of my clients are dehydrated chronically (as are most Americans). In the days before and after your session think of committing to upping your hydration by 25% to 50% and choose quality teas, lemon/lime water or functional beverages (without a lot of sugar) to make hydrating delicious and more effective. 3. Do Some Prep/'Homeplay": If you can, set an intention for what you want to achieve as well as clarify what the current observable problem to solve is. For those in a Goal's Achievement Session you will have a one page worksheet to fill out as much as you can before you come. I am a real believer in offering something clear and new to REPLACE the old. As the saying goes a monkey doesn't let go of the old branch its swinging from until it has another new branch to hold onto in the other hand. Makes sense with beliefs too. We'll see what beliefs you need and can really adopt (no pie in the sky stuff). Doing the intention setting even if it is "help me take my next step" truly is powerful. 4. Give Yourself Plenty of Time to Arrive: If you get there a little early then relax in the chairs provided or come into the tea bar and help yourself to a gourmet and healthy drink to groovy tunes and interesting atmosphere. Stressing out on the way because you are short on time distracts from your focus to have a great session and may even get you there late. if you are late, just know that is your session time so best use it to give to yourself rather than be sitting in traffic. 5. Bring Your Voucher/Gift Certificate If Applicable!: If this is part of your session purchase, then I will absolutely require it, so just know if you don't bring it/can't find it on your smart phone, we'll be using your session time to go onto the computer to get it and check you in. 6. Do Your Client Paperwork Before You Arrive: Save us both time so we can get to the good part of focusing on YOU! You will get a PDF of the client information form and some helpful information on tax deducting this service (if you are seaking to improve your position in the marketplace/get a new job in your current field, are in the healing arts at any level professionally, or needing treatment for an already medically diagnosed condition then you qualify to deduct all expenses with us). 7. Let it be a Treat/Gift for Yourself: I don't care how serious, terrible or even horrendous the problem is that you might be coming to solve, your session is a special gift to yourself. You are coming because you want better for yourself. I validate that and say 100% permission to having better for us all! Think of it like a massage or spa day where after your session you don't need to rush off to the next thing or have some critical deadline the same day. Make it an easier day to come and be sure to take chill time after your session in the waiting room. We've got such a cool selection of books and magazines too. 8. Let the Session Unfold for You: Try not to expect everything to change ASAP. First, let yourself process the session and then apply/allow change to move. It’s about COMPASSIONATELY challenging yourself out of the old box or comfort zone; it was there for a good reason at one point and it's a little un-comfy to let go of something you know even if it doesn't work that well now. . . so smile. |
