Terms & ConditionsBy having any service, class or session work it is understood you have read and are in agreement to the Terms & Conditions listed below.
1. I have been an Ordained Minister since February 14, 2002; and all readings are considered "spiritual" counseling from me. All sessions are 100% confidential and private. Recorded sessions are only shared with the client and no-one or no other third parties ever. Also whatever needs to be addressed with a client or in a session is always respected and held as private. 2. You must be 18 years or older at the time of reading. By booking and paying for a reading, you certify that you are at least 18 years old. All children (0-17 years of age) getting a reading must be getting one jointly with a parent or guardian. Exception is made for children in medical emergency, missing or some other life-threatening/in-ability for normal functioning issue. 3. I will only answer three questions for an email reading. Please don’t try to ask more than that. If I receive a compound or multi-part question, I will only answer the first part, unless you've paid for more than three questions. 4. I limit all my clients to no more than 4 reading/healings (once a week max) or 5 email questions per month. This is in everyone’s best interests. I am not interested in enabling psychic addiction or not allowing enough time for the reading/healing work to process into the body. 5. I reserve the right to not answer questions that are inappropriate, for any reason. If a question is bounced back to you, you will receive an email stating why this has happened. Your money will be refunded for any unanswered questions, usually within 24 hours. 6. I also reserve the right to end readings earlier than scheduled, for any reason, at my sole discretion. If this happens, the unused portion of your money will be refunded, based on a prorated minute-to-minute basis. I have a zero tolerance policy for drug or alcohol abuse while engaged in readings. 7. I will always be respectful of your feelings and your privacy, but reserve the right to tell the truth as it is revealed to me. So no sugar coating…..there maybe plenty of humor but don’t expect any dancing around the real issues that you as spirit are showing me. 8. Any payments not received within 7 business days of service are considered late. A 15% late charge will be added to the original fee. After 30 business days and 3rd attempt to collect and a additional 25% late charge will apply and account, unless settled, will be transferred to a collections agency and reported to the credit bureaus. 9. Any services purchased or gift certificates or learned time from refferals must be redeemed within one year of purchase or learned date. After the one year has elasped the value is void. 10. All classes, counseling, coaching, workbooks or other materials and services which have Access Your Answers proprietary tools, protocols, terminology, processes and other information are to be treated as copyright or trademark Intellectual Property of Access Your Answers. No re-teaching, re-selling or other non-licenses or non-expressly authorized re-use with any third parties is allowed. Certification and other options are available for those wishing to purchase, use, re-teach or become a Certified Access Your Answers or Active Meditation ™ Practitioner. 11. Free Classes, Free Meditations, Free Group Meditations are recorded and for general public replay. Paid Classes after the 2nd class will be for Group Replay Only and not for public replay. Any verbal commentary by participants in Free sessions is considered public speach and not protected as private and confidential. 12. Since energy is always and ever changing, I cannot be responsible for changes in outcomes due to force majeure or the most powerful tool you have: free will. I do not focus on "Telling THE Future" only looking at tendacies or other information indicators. Your free will is ultimately THE truth for you. 13. Your session time is managed jointly: we are both checking in. If you want to extend and there is time, I will allow. I will check in how much time you want to extend only in 30 minute increments or at the next agreed extension, (e.g., you decide to add 30 minutes and then at that time I will check in.) Personalized Coaching & Business Counseling: $125/hour or at retainer rate we can create a program that is literally custom to your needs complete with on-call communication, on-site work and personalized workbook / materials development and education.
